Pre natal fitness for all moms!!!
Well, I wasn't off on a good start in October, first trimester has always been the toughest for my body. All the progesterone and its friends, I experienced nausea, vomiting, exhaustion, excessive bloating and a diatasis recti. Boo hoo~~ it was awful.. now approaching week 12, (crossing my fingers) all that awfulness is tapering down.
I haven't been active for the past 6 weeks except for an occasion or two that I manage to do a couple of movements. To be honest, I've been beating myself up with guilt for not achieving many things during this period. But, family support has been tremendous and reaching out to a friend on instagram has helped me overcome it bit by bit.
As of date, I'm getting my energy back and will get back the momentum of moving once again.
