And a new year, we planned to kick it off with 3 movements a day program.
Focusing on building up strength from ground zero and targeting large muscle groups.
It's been 3 weeks now and I'm beginning to slack off on some days. But that's no excuse that I will let myself fall into. I make it a point to make it up the next day. And my partner for this movement is my sister. I am glad that she look forward to accomplishing the 3 movements each day despite having limited space in her bedroom. But yeh, we did it anyway day by day.
Now looking ahead, the month of February will be the month of maintaining the strength endurance gained and to participate in a 2 week challenge each for upper body and lower body. I'm excited just thinking about it and will pen it down.
Aside from the challenge, I have many friends who experienced a lifetime changing moment last year; childbirth! And I'd like to specially dedicate segments of movements that are suitable for them. Not just that, but also to create the awareness of what our body amazingly went through and how shall we overcome the stages after childbirth in terms of fitness.
