As I pen this neat list of tips for busymoms..I look forward to the many other mommies getting their fitness regime up. So here are some tips that might just help any busymom.
1) Gather fitness/nutrition information that are reliable and effective upon planning
- busymoms are already too busy, realising that you got off the wrong foot might just put you off and get you de-motivated. So get your fitness journey started with proper informations while planning, it can be speaking with a professional personnel about fitness and nutrition to searching up a reliable and convenient gym.
2) Planning.. yes you heard me.. only you know your own schedule and what's on your plate best.
- fit a day or two into each week for your workout.. as a start. Consider increasing the number of exercise days or times after you have accomplished your 1 day or 2 religious efforts after 3 months. oh..and that 3 months will swing by in no time, but remember to swing in your own pace if you need.
3) Type of exercise
- your preferred choice of workout will spur you on and keep your regime going. I run most of the time, because I enjoy it and it's a great opportunity for the boys to nap during the run. haha..
So..from running to gym or even group fitness classes. Take a pick and stick to it. Your choice will definitely be within your time constraints limit, remember you know your schedule and your priorities.
4) Execution
- yes mommies.. it's time for some action. And I meant shopping for gears. :) get a fancy new set of workout gears to encourage yourself using them frequently. That set of gear will keep you company and motivate you. Of cos, if you already have your workout gears, no harm getting a new top. ;)
5) Let's go Goals!
- Pin up your fitness goals large enough to see on your mnow..your fitness journey will begin and you are definitely a step closer to your fitness goals.
